When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours. If you need your product in a rush please email customer service at customerservice@splyco.com
Due to Covid-19 there may currently be longer lead times. Please reach out to us if you need products in a rush.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer a pick up option. However, if you are a returning customer we may be able to accommodate pick-ups upon request.
Whom do you service? Only businesses?
We specialize in servicing supermarkets, restaurants, caterers, bakeries, nursing homes etc. However, one out of every twelve orders are shipped to residential addresses. Yes! We also offer our great pricing and customer service to private individuals, not only to businesses.
Do you drop ship?
Most of our products our stocked in at least one of our warehouses. However, some products are drop shipped. Most of the drop shipped products are custom ordered items.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on most products in original packaging unused and unopened. However, there is a 20-30% restocking fee for returns. Please make sure to check prior ordering if your item is eligible for return.
No returns accepted for custom or bulk orders.

I can't find an item. Do you stock it?
We have a vast array of items which are not listed on our site. If you can't find an item, please reach out to us at sales@splyco.com and we'll accommodate you.
